IPTV Reseller Panel Guide: How to Manage Your Customer Accounts
A complete walkthrough of the IPTVBROS reseller panel. Learn how to create customer accounts, set connection limits, manage expiry dates, generate Xtream Codes credentials, reset passwords, and monitor active connections.
The IPTVBROS reseller panel is your operational headquarters. Every customer interaction — from account creation to renewal to troubleshooting — flows through this dashboard. This guide covers every key function so you can manage your IPTV business confidently from day one.
Logging into the panel
After your credit purchase is confirmed, IPTVBROS sends your panel login credentials by email or through your reseller dashboard. Access the panel through a standard web browser — no software to install.
Bookmark the panel URL. You will use it regularly.
Creating a new customer account
This is the core action you perform every time a new customer subscribes.
-
Navigate to the “Create Account” or “Add Line” section. The exact label varies slightly but is always prominent on the main panel screen.
-
Set a username. Use something the customer can remember — many resellers use the customer’s first name plus a number (e.g.
john47). Avoid spaces and special characters. -
Set a password. A 6–10 character mix of letters and numbers works well. You can auto-generate one or set it manually. Make a note of it before saving — some panels only show it once.
-
Set the connection limit. Most residential customers need 1 or 2 simultaneous connections. Err on the side of 2 for households with multiple TVs to reduce support friction.
-
Set the expiry date. Match this to the subscription the customer has paid for. A monthly subscriber expires one month from today; an annual subscriber expires one year from today.
-
Save the account. The panel generates the Xtream Codes credentials — server URL, username, and password.
-
Send credentials to the customer. Copy the server URL, username, and password and send them via your preferred channel (WhatsApp, email, SMS). Include a link to setup instructions for the devices they use.
Understanding Xtream Codes credentials
Every customer account generates a set of Xtream Codes credentials consisting of:
- Server URL — the streaming server address (the same for all your customers)
- Username — unique to each customer account
- Password — unique to each customer account
The customer enters these into their IPTV player app. Compatible apps include most major IPTV players available on smart TV platforms, Android, iOS, and streaming sticks.
Keep your own record of each customer’s credentials in a spreadsheet or CRM — this saves significant time when customers contact you saying they have forgotten their login.
Managing expiry dates
The expiry date determines when a customer’s access ends. The panel will typically flag accounts nearing expiry so you can act before the customer notices.
To extend a subscription:
- Find the account (search by username)
- Click Edit or Manage
- Update the expiry date field to the new end date
- Save
The customer does not need new credentials. Their existing login continues working with the new expiry date.
Recommended workflow: Run a weekly check on accounts expiring in the next 14 days. Contact those customers 7 days before expiry to prompt renewal. If they renew, extend immediately. If you cannot reach them, send a reminder 2 days before.
Resetting passwords
Customers occasionally forget their password or ask you to change it for security reasons.
- Find the customer’s account in the panel
- Click Edit
- Set a new password
- Save and send the new password to the customer
Their connection restarts with the new credentials, usually within a few minutes.
Monitoring active connections
Most reseller panels show which accounts are currently streaming. This view is useful for:
Detecting credential sharing. If a single-connection account consistently shows 2+ active streams, the customer may be sharing credentials. This is a business and service issue — address it by updating the account’s connection limit (upward if the customer is paying for it) or contacting the customer.
Troubleshooting. If a customer reports they cannot connect, check whether their account shows as active in the panel. An expired account or maxed-out connection limit is often the cause.
Deleting and suspending accounts
If a customer does not renew, you do not need to delete their account immediately. Many resellers leave expired accounts in place for 30 days in case the customer returns. Deleting early is irreversible — the credit associated with that account is consumed regardless.
Some panels offer a suspend function that disables the account without deleting it. This is preferable to deletion for lapsed customers.
Managing multiple customers efficiently
Once you have 20+ customers, ad hoc management becomes time-consuming. Build simple systems:
- Expiry tracker spreadsheet — columns for username, customer name, contact, expiry date, subscription type, payment status
- Renewal message template — a copy-paste message you send 7 days before expiry
- Onboarding template — a standard message with credentials and setup links that you send to every new customer
These simple tools cut your admin time significantly as the business scales.
Panel access security
Your reseller panel credentials give full control over all customer accounts. Keep them secure:
- Do not share your panel login with anyone
- Use a strong, unique password
- Log out of the panel on shared devices
If you ever suspect your panel credentials are compromised, contact IPTVBROS support immediately to reset access.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is an IPTV reseller panel?
The IPTV reseller panel is a web-based dashboard where you create and manage customer accounts. You can set usernames, passwords, connection limits, expiry dates, and generate Xtream Codes credentials — all without any technical knowledge.
What are Xtream Codes credentials?
Xtream Codes is the standard protocol used by most IPTV player apps. It gives each customer a server URL, username, and password that they enter into their IPTV app to access streams. The reseller panel generates these automatically.
How do I extend a customer subscription in the panel?
Find the customer account in your panel, click to edit it, and update the expiry date to the new end date. The change takes effect immediately — no need to give the customer new credentials.
Can I set different connection limits for different customers?
Yes. The panel lets you set how many simultaneous connections each account allows. Single-household customers typically get 1–2 connections. Family plans or customers with multiple TVs may need 3–4.
