DMCA Safe Harbor — 17 U.S.C. § 512

IPTVBROS claims safe harbor protection under Section 512 of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) as a service provider that routes or provides connections for digital online communications. Under this protection:

• •IPTVBROS has not initiated the transmission of any infringing material
• •IPTVBROS does not select recipients of transmitted material
• •IPTVBROS does not select, modify, or control the content of transmitted material
• •No copy of the material is made available to anyone other than the anticipated recipient
• •Any automatic intermediate copies are not ordinarily accessible to anyone other than the anticipated recipient and are not retained longer than reasonably necessary

How to Submit a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe content accessible through our service infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a written notification to our designated DMCA agent. To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work — describe the work claimed to be infringed, or if multiple works are covered, provide a representative list
2. Identification of the infringing material — identify the material you claim is infringing with sufficient detail to allow us to locate it (URL, channel name, stream identifier)
3. Your contact information — include your full name, address, telephone number, and email address
4. Good faith statement — a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. Accuracy statement — a sworn statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owner
6. Signature — your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances, IPTVBROS maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. If we receive multiple valid DMCA notices identifying a subscriber as the source of infringing activity, that subscriber's account may be terminated without refund.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). A valid counter-notification must include: your contact information; identification of the removed material and its location before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake; your consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your location; and your signature.
