Do I need to install any equipment in each apartment?
No. Each tenant sets up their own IPTV using their existing devices — a Firestick they buy themselves, their smart TV, or their phone and laptop. There is no in-building infrastructure to install. Tenants just need the IPTV credentials to get started.
How much does it cost to provide IPTV to tenants?
At reseller tier pricing, each tenant subscription costs $19–$29.99 per credit depending on your tier. If you include IPTV in your rental package and charge tenants for it, the markup is entirely up to you. Can each tenant watch independently?
Yes. Each tenant gets their own individual subscription. What Tenant A watches has no effect on Tenant B's stream. Tenants can watch different channels simultaneously on their own devices without any interference.
What happens if a tenant moves out?
When a tenant moves out, you simply let their subscription expire (and do not renew it). The credit used for their subscription was a one-time deduction; there is no ongoing cost for inactive subscriptions. You can then issue a new subscription to the incoming tenant using another credit.
