Troubleshooting — Common Firestick IPTV Problems

IPTVBROS is buffering on my Firestick — how do I fix it?

Buffering is almost always caused by internet speed or local network issues — not the IPTVBROS servers. First, check your internet speed (you need 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K). Second, clear TiviMate's cache: Firestick Settings → Applications → Manage Installed Applications → TiviMate → Clear Cache. Third, try restarting your router and Firestick (hold the Home + Select buttons for 5 seconds to restart the Firestick). Fourth, in TiviMate Settings → Player, increase the buffer size to 10MB and enable Hardware Acceleration.

My IPTVBROS channels won't load on Firestick — what do I do?

If channels refuse to load, the most common causes are: (1) Wrong credentials — double-check your Server URL, Username, and Password against your IPTVBROS welcome email. The URL must include 'http://' or 'https://' at the start. (2) Expired subscription — check your IPTVBROS account status. (3) Firestick date/time wrong — go to Firestick Settings → Device → About → Date & Time and sync automatically. (4) DNS issue — try changing your Firestick DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google) in the WiFi advanced settings.

TiviMate says 'Playlist is empty' or shows 0 channels

This happens when TiviMate cannot reach the IPTVBROS server. Causes and fixes: (1) Check your internet connection — open the Silk Browser on Firestick and try to load any website. (2) Verify your Server URL is correct — it must be in the format http://server.iptvbros.com:port (port number included). (3) Delete your playlist in TiviMate → Settings → Playlists → Delete → and re-add it fresh. (4) If the problem persists, contact IPTVBROS support via WhatsApp for a server URL check.

Can I use IPTVBROS on multiple Firesticks?

Yes. IPTVBROS Duo (2 screens) and Family (4 screens) plans support simultaneous streams on multiple Firesticks. Install TiviMate on each Firestick and log in with the same credentials.
