6. 6. Tap Save — channels load in 30–60 seconds

Check that the Server URL includes http:// at the start. Verify Username and Password match your IPTVBROS email exactly (case-sensitive). Try deleting and re-adding the provider.

Switch from Wi-Fi to wired ethernet (use an ethernet adapter). Restart your router and the TV/device. In IBO Player settings, reduce stream quality to HD (not 4K) temporarily. Check your internet speed — need 10 Mbps minimum for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K.

For Samsung: go to Settings → Support → Device Care → Terms & Conditions → change country to USA, then search again. For LG: check if your webOS version supports the app (webOS 4.0+). Contact IPTVBROS WhatsApp support for an alternative setup method.

In IBO Player settings, look for EPG URL or Programme Guide settings and enable it. The EPG loads after the initial channel list — allow 1–2 minutes for it to populate. If still blank, force-close and reopen the app.

This usually means the specific channel stream is temporarily down. Try the same channel from a different stream (if multiple are available). Most IPTVBROS channels have backup streams. Contact WhatsApp support if a channel is consistently unavailable.

IBO Player (also called IBO Player Pro) is an IPTV media player app available on Android, iPhone, Samsung Smart TV (Tizen), LG Smart TV (webOS), Fire TV, and Windows. It supports Xtream Codes API and M3U playlists, making it fully compatible with IPTVBROS subscriptions.

Yes. IBO Player supports Xtream Codes API login — the same protocol IPTVBROS uses. Open IBO Player, go to Add Provider, select Xtream Codes, and enter your IPTVBROS Server URL, Username, and Password. All 27,000+ channels load automatically.

On Samsung Smart TV: go to Smart Hub → Apps → search 'IBO Player' → install. If not available in your region's store, go to Settings → Support → Device Care → Terms & Conditions, change region to USA, then search again. After installing, log in with Xtream Codes API using IPTVBROS credentials.

On LG Smart TV (webOS): go to LG Content Store → search 'IBO Player' → install. Alternatively, use the LG Developer Mode to sideload if not available in your region. After installing, log in via Xtream Codes API with IPTVBROS Server URL, Username, and Password.

IBO Player is available on the Amazon Appstore for Firestick. Go to Appstore → search 'IBO Player' → install. If not available, use the Downloader app to sideload the APK. Login via Xtream Codes API using your IPTVBROS credentials after installation.

IBO Player has a free version and a Pro version (IBO Player Pro). The free version supports basic IPTV playback. IBO Player Pro (paid upgrade) adds advanced EPG, catch-up TV, multi-screen support, and picture-in-picture. Both versions work with IPTVBROS Xtream Codes credentials.

Both IBO Player and TiviMate are IPTV players supporting Xtream Codes. TiviMate is the most popular option for Firestick and Android TV with the best interface and EPG. IBO Player has a broader device range — it works natively on Samsung and LG Smart TVs where TiviMate is not available. For Samsung/LG TV users, IBO Player is often the better choice.

Any IPTV service that provides Xtream Codes API credentials or M3U playlist URL works with IBO Player. IPTVBROS provides Xtream Codes credentials (Server URL, Username, Password) with every subscription, which work directly with IBO Player on all supported devices.
